Pure's Carbon Fiber Boat Construction Method

Pure RIB boats are built using the most advanced materials and construction techniques. The hull, deck, and components are all built using carbon fiberreinforced with Kevlar and core cell foam. The carbon fiber material provides an incredibly strong structure without any unnecessary weight. The carbon is reinforced with layers of Kevlar for impact resistance and added strength. The carbon and Kevlar are sandwiched onto core cell foam, the foam provides the structure with stiffness and eliminates the need for a wood core that can easily absorb water. All of the material are bonded using vacuum bag construction to eliminate excess resin and weight in the finished parts.
