730 Rigid Inflatable Description

The pure 7.30S begs you to forget what you think you know about rigid hull inflatable’s boats and learn something new all together. The 7.30S is a radical departure from conventional design and think. The 7.30S takes the most aggressive sea going deep V hull available that was developed for the military and marries it to carbon fiber construction, top it off with luxurious top sides that leave you asking for nothing and you have the best RIB boat available today.

HULL
The rigid hull design is the product of 21 tank test hull models and 3 different full size prototypes; the entry of the bow is almost plumb to give the boat the ride of a wave piercing design. The aggressive deep V hull continues all the way aft to give a soft landing even when the sea has you in flight. The construction of the hull is all carbon fiber composite reinforced with Kevlar and core cell foam. This combination provides a rigid hull inflatable boat that is not only lite weight but extremely strong and having no wood in the boat eliminates the chance for water damage in the hull, deck and structures.

DECK
The deck of the 7.30S is as revolutionary as the hull. The console and seat are built of carbon fiber and core cell foam to reduce weight and add strength. The console features room for a full electronics suite large enough to take a 14” wide screen display and more. The forward face of the console lifts up to give you easy access to dry storage space as well as access to the below deck fuel tanks. Connected to the console is a carbon fiber arch that supports a tinted polycarbonate top, the arch has been design to fold down on deck for easy storage and transport. The combination leaning bolster/seat provides support weather sitting or standing with 2 integrated foot rests for comfort. Inside the aft face of the seat you will find 2 pull out drawers one for storage and the other a pull out stainless steel refrigerator, no more dragging ice down to the boat and having to drain coolers that take up more space.

The teak deck extends from the anchor locker forward all the way aft to the rear seat and storage locker, next to the aft seat there are 2 teak steps that assist in boarding. The rear seat lifts up to give you more storage space as well access to the rigging components and batteries along with the bilge compartment and pumps.
